Darius is responsible for Pugh Capital’s credit research strategy and training and developing analysts. In addition, he has primary research coverage of Corporate Credit sector, including Basic Industries (Metals & Mining), Utilities, REITs, and Energy. Darius has more than 22 years of credit research experience, four of which are with Pugh Capital. He also chairs the firm’s Credit Committee. Prior to joining Pugh Capital, he was a credit analyst and portfolio manager for JP Morgan. Before JP Morgan, Darius was an Associate Analyst with Moody’s Investors Service, where he was responsible for credit ratings.
Darius holds several degrees from the University of Pennsylvania: a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, a B.S. in Economics from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering.
