Scott Greiwe, CFA

President & Senior Portfolio Manager

Scott co-founded Pugh Capital in 1991 and has 37 years of investment experience. As President, Scott contributes to firm strategy and oversees the firm’s business operations. Scott has extensive experience in the structured product research and analysis and played an integral role on helping the firm launch its Mortgage Product in 1991. Over the past 20 years, Scott has been a co-portfolio manager on the Core Fixed Income strategy. He is also has lead responsibility for the mortgage backed, asset backed and commercial mortgage-backed sectors.

Prior to starting Pugh Capital, Scott was a Portfolio Manager at Washington Mutual Savings Bank. There he managed the bank’s liquidity and short term investment portfolios, as well as treasury activities. In addition, he also made asset allocation recommendations for WM LIFE, an insurance company subsidiary of the bank.

Scott graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration.
