A PASSION FOR FIXED INCOME
Our staff averages 21 years of work experience. We hire bright, engaged individuals who share our passion for this complex asset class. We seek experienced professionals and recent college graduates with distinct personal and professional experiences, as we believe that a variety of perspectives adds uncommon value to our investment process when we debate investment ideas. Ultimately, we know that associates with different backgrounds, beliefs and viewpoints can improve outcomes for our clients. For almost a quarter of a century that has proved to be the case.
