Cynthia Bush, CFA®

Cynthia has over 30 years of experience, including 17 years as a Senior Director & Managing Director at TIAA responsible for making and overseeing fixed income investments such as investment grade bonds, high yield bonds, leveraged loans and private assets.  Prior to TIAA, Cynthia worked in investment banking in New York and London for Chase Securities and Citibank, respectively.  Most recently, as a member of the finance faculty, she taught undergraduate and graduate finance courses at the University of North Carolina Charlotte.  Cynthia serves on the board of several non-profit organizations that focus on some of her passions including theater and education.  Cynthia is a CFA® charterholder, holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and has a BBA in finance from Howard University, where she graduated with honors.
