Marcelo Alaniz, CFA®

Marcelo joined Pugh Capital in 2022. He most recently was a Senior Credit Analyst at Public Trust Advisors in Denver where he covered investment grade issuers in the consumer staples, consumer discretionary and health care industries. He was also the secondary analyst covering asset-backed securities and asset backed commercial paper. He previously worked as a credit analyst at Great-West Financial Life where he covered REITs, Utilities, and Industrials. He also held financial analyst roles at CenturyLink and S&P. Marcelo holds a B.S. in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a Master’s in Finance and Risk Management candidate. Marcelo is a CFA® charterholder.  Marcelo is a CFA^® charterholder.
