Greg Wilson
Greg is a Portfolio Manager for the Core Plus and Intermediate strategies at Pugh Capital Management, where he has worked for over 10 years. In his role, he is responsible for portfolio construction, risk management, and macro analysis. Greg also contributes to the firm’s economic research, offering insights on market trends and macro data that support investment decisions.
He began his career at Pugh Capital as a structured products analyst and now serves as co-lead for the structured product sectors. Over the years, he has led analysis, trading, and strategy development across mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Beyond his investment responsibilities, Greg chairs Pugh Capital’s Corporate Contributions Committee, helping the firm align its community engagement with its values. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College. Greg also serves on the Investment Committee for the Seattle Foundation and the Finance Committee at Epiphany School and is a graduate of the Leadership Tomorrow program
