Jay Wiltshire, CFA®

Jay joined Pugh Capital in September 2025 and is responsible for leading Pugh’s relationship management, consultant relations, and business development efforts. He is a seasoned investment executive with over 35 years of experience driving strategic growth, client engagement, and market expansion across North America’s institutional investment landscape. Prior to joining Pugh Capital, he was a Senior Director of Institutional Client Relations at TD Epoch Investment Partners, where he led business development efforts across the western United States, cultivating relationships with public and corporate pension plans, endowments, foundations, and multi-family offices. Jay is a board member for the Association of Investment and Sales Executives (AIMSE), is actively involved in industry organizations that promote financial literacy among our youth and mentorship programs that improve access to the investment industry for diverse professionals.  Jay holds the CFA designation.
